The in-home visit
$50 covers an in-home visit of up to one hour, including assessment, troubleshooting or setup.
Simple visit pricing
We’ll talk about the issue and your location, then confirm the expected visit cost before booking.
What to expect
$50 covers an in-home visit of up to one hour, including assessment, troubleshooting or setup.
If more work is needed, I’ll discuss it before the initial hour ends. Additional work is $37.50 per approved 30-minute block ($75/hour equivalent). We’ll agree on the scope, when additional billing starts and the revised total before I continue. No extra charges are applied retroactively.
Any travel fee is quoted before booking. Parts, replacement equipment and paid software are separate when needed, with costs discussed and approved beforehand.
Some issues require additional work, replacement equipment or a specialist. The starting visit does not guarantee a fix within one hour.
Payment is accepted by cash, contactless credit/debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay via Square, with a receipt provided. For workplace visits, we’ll discuss the scope and confirm the expected cost before booking.

Give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without a cancellation fee. With less notice or a no-show, the $50 visit amount becomes a rescheduling deposit, credited in full toward the new visit’s initial $50 charge. It is not an extra cancellation penalty. We’ll arrange the new appointment individually.
The visit fee covers useful assessment or troubleshooting, even if the issue needs parts, replacement equipment or a specialist. I’ll explain the findings and next steps. If I can’t provide meaningful assessment or help, I’ll waive the visit fee.
Report the same issue within seven days for a free short phone check-in. I’ll correct errors in my own work without additional labor or travel charges. New issues and planned visits to install parts are quoted separately and agreed before booking.
Charges for work not performed are refunded. If I can’t correct an error in my own work, I’ll refund the affected labor charge.
